For makers & market vendors

Event prep built around what you sell.

Event prep looks a little different depending on what you make and where you sell it. Here’s how MyEventPrep fits your world.

What is MyEventPrep for makers?

It’s an event-prep tool for vendors at craft fairs, farmers markets, pop-ups, and holiday markets. Your products all live in one place. Every event has its own planning page and a weather-aware packing checklist. You can lay out your booth before you load the car. And sales come back from Square so the next show starts with last show’s evidence — not last show’s memory.

What changes is which part you lean on. Jewelry vendors lean on the catalog — two hundred small pieces, each one tracked. Candle makers lean on the checklist — twenty scents, the sample setup, the lighter, none of it forgotten at the door. Potters lean on the booth canvas — heavy pieces low, mug shelves at browse height, the same layout reused next show. Same tool. Different shape. Pick your craft below.

Jewelry Makers

Jewelry booths pack a lot into a small footprint — and a lot of small pieces into your car. MyEventPrep helps you plan your display, track what's selling, and get out the door without realizing the ring stands are still on the kitchen table.

Candle & Soap Makers

Heavy boxes, breakable jars, and a dozen scents to keep straight — candle and soap booths are a hauling job before they're a sales job. MyEventPrep tracks which scents move, lays out your shelving, and packs the lighter you keep forgetting.

Ceramic Artists

Packing ceramics takes time, padding, and a good system. Unpacking at load-in is its own project. MyEventPrep plans your shelves, tracks which mugs and bowls actually moved, and saves the setup so the next show goes faster.

Clothing & Apparel Vendors

Sizes, colors, racks, hangers — apparel booths have more parts than most. MyEventPrep tracks what moved by size and color, and lays out your racks before you're doing it in a parking lot at 7am.

Farmers Market Vendors

Farmers markets run on repetition, which means your prep should too. MyEventPrep looks at last Saturday's sales, tells you what to bring this Saturday, and turns your routine into a routine.

Holiday Market Sellers

Holiday markets are higher stakes — more foot traffic, higher expectations, and usually one shot to get it right. MyEventPrep brings forward last December's sales, last year's reflections, and the booth setup that worked — so you're not redesigning your show on the busiest weekend of the year.

Common questions from makers and market vendors

Which page should I read?
If your craft is listed above, start there. Each page covers the pack list, booth layout, and sales-tracking story for that vendor type. If your craft isn’t listed yet, pick the closest one — the tool underneath is the same, only the language changes. Paper, leather, fiber, and woodworking vendors usually find the jewelry or ceramics page already covers their workflow.
Do you support craft types you don't have a page for yet?
Yes. MyEventPrep works for any vendor at craft fairs, farmers markets, or pop-ups — leather, paper, art prints, baked goods, fiber arts, woodworking, and on. The vendor-type pages just frame the same tool in different language. The catalog, planning, booth layout planner, and event reflections work the same regardless of what you make.
What does MyEventPrep do for vendors at events?
Your full catalog lives in one place. Each event has its own planning page that pulls from past sales to suggest what to bring. The packing checklist is weather-aware. The booth layout planner lets you sketch the table before you load it. After the show, Square sales come back attached to each product — and the notes you wrote come up again when you’re prepping a similar event later.
Is MyEventPrep free?
Yes — free during early access. Sign up without a card, connect Square if you use it, and plan as many events as you want. The eventual paid plan is sketched at /pricing.
Can I use it on my phone at the booth?
Yes — phones, tablets, and laptops. The parts you actually touch on event day work offline: event details, checklist, neighbor notes, and post-event reflections. Edits queue and sync when you’re back online. Made for indoor venues with weak guest wifi and outdoor venues with no signal at all.
