When billing starts

Pro will be about $99 a year. Most vendors we talk to run somewhere between 10 and 30 events a year, so the math usually comes out to a few dollars per show. We mention it now so there are no surprises later. You can decide for yourself whether it’s worth it when the time comes.

We haven't locked anything in yet. Here's the shape we're aiming for, so you know what to expect:

One event to try MyEventPrep end to end — planning, checklist, and post-event notes included. Keep it as long as you like.
Pro · ~$99/yr
Unlimited events, history, stock-aware prep sheets, Vendor Neighbor Notes, booth layouts, Square sync, and email nudges. Roughly $10/mo if you prefer monthly.

We'll email every active vendor well before anything changes. Early-access users will get extra time and, where we can, grandfathered pricing.

Common questions

Why is everything free right now?
We're in Early Access and want real vendor feedback before finalizing plans. You get full access to everything. No credit card required. We'll give you plenty of notice before anything changes.
What's the catch?
There isn't one. We don't charge, don't ask for a card, and don't sell your data. We're using Early Access to learn what works for real vendors — your feedback is the price.
When will paid plans start, and how much notice will I get?
We don't have a date yet. When we do, we'll email every active vendor well in advance. No surprise charges. Early-access users will get extra time and, where we can, grandfathered pricing.
Will there still be a free tier after Early Access?
Yes. The plan is for Free to stay generous enough to prep one event from start to finish. We'll share the exact details before any billing begins.
What will the Free tier include?
One event, kept as long as you like. Enough to try MyEventPrep end to end. You can always add more products to your catalog, tweak the checklist, and revisit your notes. Pro is for vendors running multiple events.
If I pay later, can I cancel?
Anytime, no questions asked. You'll keep access through the end of your billing period and revert to Free afterward. If you're unhappy within the first 30 days of paying, we'll refund you.
Will my data carry over when billing starts?
Yes. Every event, product, note, and neighbor you've saved during Early Access stays with you.
