When billing starts
Pro will be about $99 a year. Most vendors we talk to run somewhere between 10 and 30 events a year, so the math usually comes out to a few dollars per show. We mention it now so there are no surprises later. You can decide for yourself whether it’s worth it when the time comes.
After Early Access
We haven't locked anything in yet. Here's the shape we're aiming for, so you know what to expect:

- One event to try MyEventPrep end to end — planning, checklist, and post-event notes included. Keep it as long as you like.
- Pro · ~$99/yr
- Unlimited events, history, stock-aware prep sheets, Vendor Neighbor Notes, booth layouts, Square sync, and email nudges. Roughly $10/mo if you prefer monthly.
We'll email every active vendor well before anything changes. Early-access users will get extra time and, where we can, grandfathered pricing.
