Jewelry Booth

Jewelry vendors — rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets

Jewelry Booth booth layout diagram
Drawn to scale · view from above · aisle at the marked edge

Jewelry is the most touch-dependent product at any craft fair. Your layout's job is to get every piece within arm's reach and at eye level, with no hunting. The front edge runs a jewelry case — customers see the work under glass from the aisle, but the case itself isn't a barrier, it's an invitation. The back table runs busts, earring stands, and bracelet bars at staggered heights so nothing disappears behind anything else. The glass tower at a back corner gives you vertical reach without taking up table space. Everything in this layout is optimized for the customer who wants to pick things up, try them on, and compare. Give them room to do that without bumping elbows, and keep a table mirror close to the front for trying on earrings and necklaces.

Tips from the setup

  1. 01

Lit stands make a real difference for metalwork and stones. Battery-powered is fine — natural craft fair light is usually flat and your pieces deserve better.

  2. 02

Group by collection or metal type, not by product type. Don't put all earrings together — put your silver collection together, your gold collection together. Shoppers buy the vibe, not the category.

  3. 03

Put the table mirror near the front, not at the back. You want try-ons visible to people passing by — it's a social signal that other people are engaged.

  4. 04

Bracelet bars and earring stands at different heights keep the display from going flat. No two pieces should be at the exact same level on the back table.
