Clothing Booth

Clothing, knitwear, accessories — anything that hangs or needs to be tried on

Clothing Booth booth layout diagram
Drawn to scale · view from above · aisle at the marked edge

Clothing is hard to display flat. A folded stack on a table is a guess; a garment on a rack or a mannequin is a product. This layout puts a 4-way rack as the centerpiece, a mannequin at the front corner as the hook from the aisle, and gridwall on the back wall to hang additional pieces vertically. A changing tent in the back corner is optional but converts browsers into buyers — customers who try things on buy at much higher rates than those who don't. The front stays open enough for people to step inside and browse the racks without feeling crowded. Checkout is at the front, off to one side, so you can watch the booth and run transactions at the same time.

Tips from the setup

  1. 01

The mannequin at the front corner is your window display. Change the outfit between shows — the same setup every weekend trains repeat attendees to walk past.

  2. 02

Face the 4-way rack toward the aisle so browsers can see all four arms without stepping inside. The first browse happens from outside the booth.

  3. 03

Group by size along the rack, not by style. Customers who know their size find things faster and linger longer.

  4. 04

If you include a changing tent, put it at the back corner with a hook on the outside for their bag. A small floor mirror facing the tent exit closes more sales than any signage.
